The timeframe depends on the complexity of your tour and the size of your school. However, we typically complete the virtual tour scan and filming within one day. The post production takes around two weeks to complete so your full package is produced and ready to use within three - four weeks. We also try and capture the tour throughout the school holidays to minimise disruption to your daily operations.
Yes! Our virtual tours are designed to seamlessly integrate with your school's website. This allows prospective students and families to explore your school virtually from the comfort of their homes. They can also be shared on all social media platforms, via email and also be embedded into Google Maps and visited from there!
Absolutely! We work closely with you to understand your vision and ensure the tour showcases the unique aspects of your school. Whether it's your state-of-the-art science labs or award-winning performing arts centre, we can tailor the tour to emphasise these features.
All of our VR operators are DBS-checked and our designated safeguarding lead will provide guidance and ensure that your tour meets safeguarding requirements. There is also the option of removing or blurring parts of the tour. We try to complete the scanning while schools are closed to pupils eg on evenings, weekend and holidays.
